To use certain features of Timeliny, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
04Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Upload malicious content or code

Timeliny is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Timeline estimates and capacity calculations are for informational purposes only.
07Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timeliny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
08Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the account settings.
09Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11Lifetime plan
The Lifetime Pro plan is a one-time payment that grants Pro access for as long as Timeliny is operated, including future Pro features but not Team features. It is limited to the first 100 purchases and is non-transferable. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase; a refunded or charged-back payment ends Lifetime access.
